Facilities Management Services

Facilities Planning and Management (FPM) is the University of Southern California’s resource for real property acquisition and leasing, maintenance, operations, remodeling, renovation, and new construction. FPM is comprised of Controls, Finance and Administration (CFA), Real Estate & Asset Management (REAM), University Architect, Capital Construction Development (CCD), and Facilities Management Services (FMS).
