FPM has held 29 Annual Recognition Days, originally known as Sam Lee Day. The purpose of thisevent is to celebrate staff achievements and to present awards to several employees who havebeen central to the success of the organization. The FPM Awards have been updated to reflect thechanges in our organization. We have added an extra award to the Directors Award Category andOutstanding Employee category. Each category will now also have a “Rookie of the Year” award foremployees who have been with FPM for 1-3 years and have had an immediate impact on theorganization.
