FPM recognizes and celebrates employees for their extraordinary teamwork, dedication to the
Trojan family, and their values-based actions. The following programs below are designed to
highlight FPM employees:

FPM Annual Recognition Day Celebration

FPM has held 29 Annual Recognition Days, originally known as Sam Lee Day. The purpose of this
event is to celebrate staff achievements and to present awards to several employees who have
been central to the success of the organization. The FPM Awards have been updated to reflect the
changes in our organization. We have added an extra award to the Directors Award Category and
Outstanding Employee category. Each category will now also have a “Rookie of the Year” award for
employees who have been with FPM for 1-5 years and have had an immediate impact on the
organization.
