Travel
USC is centrally located and close to downtown Los Angeles. It helps to be familiar with the main roads and freeways around USC to find your way or give your driver the correct directions. Here are the directions to USC’s campuse from LAX and interactive map of campus
Directions to LAX from USC using just the LA Metro rail system (from LAX to USC, just reverse the following):
Take the E-Line westbound at any of the three stations near campus (Jefferson/USC, Expo Park/USC, Expo/Vermont – service from 4am to 12am) and get off at the connecting Expo/Crenshaw station. From this station, board the K-Line southbound to the LAX/Metro Transit Center (every 10-15 minutes from 4am to 12am). From here, you can take the LAX Metro Connector bus shuttle to the airport terminals (every 10-15 minutes from 4am to 1am). The Metro Connector shuttle is free with valid proof of transit.

Overnight parking is available through the USC Hotel at $35 plus tax per night

This is a Business Casual Event.
As several of the activities on the schedule will include walking it is recommended to wear or have to wear comfortable walking shoes and sun protection for these activities. Weather in Southern California, Los Angeles in mid-October is historically mild with a low chance of rain. Please consult the weather authority prior to travel.
