LEASING
The REAM Leasing Team supports USC academic and administrative units and the USC Health System to secure off-campus leased space. REAM also manages University property leased to third party tenants including the USC Village, Distributed Antenna Systems and Minerals interests.
Space Request Form (SRF)
To initiate the search for third party leased space the Department seeking space submits to Real Estate a Space Request Form (SRF). The SRF is used to secure Provost and Finance approval for the lease expenditure. The SRF also provides the basic parameters Real Estate will use to complete the search for space.
Becoming a Supplier
All suppliers, including landlords to whom USC pays rents and to whom USC will issue annual 1099 Forms, are required to register with Supplier Data Management.
