Departmental Relocation Notice
Two Weeks Before the Move/Address Change
Please make sure everyone has contacted their mailers and vendors of the new location so they can update their systems.
To prevent delays in receiving your mail or parcels at your new location, the Home Department Coordinator, HR Analyst or HR Partner must be informed of your new location. This will alert them to make necessary changes in Workday under, “Alternate Work Location” to include building code, room number on (Address Line 1) and Mail Code on (Address Line 2).
Note: The MAXIMUM time period for temporary forwarding is 30 days. After 30 days, Mailing Services cannot guarantee that all of your mail and parcels will be forwarded. After 30 days, updated mail codes will be the sole resource to delivering your mail or parcels accurately.
