Important Gas Cylinder Delivery Information – Winter Recess

Due to the holiday and winter recess break, we will not be able to provide gas cylinder delivery during the period of December 24, 2025 through January 1, 2026. We will make every effort to fulfill your orders by December 23, 2025 (based on availability). The deadline to place your orders is listed below to ensure that you receive your gas cylinders by December 23, 2025.

Non-Specialty Gases

Non-Specialty Gases – Orders must be received with all approvals by 12:00 p.m. on December 18, 2025.

Specialty Gases

Specialty Gases – Ultra high purity, high purity and research grade gas, orders must be received with all approvals by 12:00 p.m. on December 10, 2025.

We will check with the vendor and inform you of the availability and estimated delivery date.

Any gas orders received after the deadline dates listed above will be delivered starting on January 2, 2026 (based on availability). Please contact us at mmsorder@usc.edu with any questions.
