Our project management team can assist with the programming, design, and construction of the space. They will assist every step of the way from design to permitting to construction and furniture installation. Space Request Form (SRF) To initiate the search for third party leased space the Department seeking space submits to Real Estate a Space Request Form (SRF). The SRF is used to secure Provost and Finance approval for the lease expenditure. The SRF also provides the basic parameters Real Estate will use to complete the search for space. Becoming a Supplier All suppliers, including landlords to whom USC pays rents and to whom USC will issue annual 1099 Forms, are required to register with Supplier Data Management.
