Important Mail Pick-up / Delivery – Winter Recess

Due to the upcoming holiday season, USC Mailing and Material Management Services (MMMS) will be adjusting our standard services to accommodate Business/Academic department’s early afternoon closures, extended Winter Recess and Winter Recess.   We will provide mail delivery/pickup December 29^th and 31^st as requested.  We will be closed on December 26^th and 30^th.

Please complete the Winter Recess 2025 Required Services Form using the website link below to request delivery/pickup on December 29^th and 31^st.  Please also indicate on the form if you will be closing early on December 24^th and if you will be open for mail delivery on January 2, 2026.

Complete and submit the form no later than Friday, December 5, 2025. Responses received after December 5^th may not be accommodated.

Normal delivery times will resume on Friday, January 2, 2026.  Wishing you and your family a happy holiday season.
