Facilities Management Services (FMS) is responsible for the day-to-day operation, repair, and maintenance of USC’s buildings, infrastructure, and grounds on the University Park and Health Sciences campuses, the Wrigley Institute on Catalina Island, and various leased spaces.

Customer Resource Center
The FMS Special Services (SPS) unit provides a variety of moving services, ranging from moving furniture around in one office to transporting equipment across campuses. All services are billable to the customer or department requesting services.

For facilities-related emergencies or to request for service via phone, Call CRC (24/7). Emergency calls cannot be processed via web.
Please be sure to submit your requests at least 5 to 7 business days prior to the date the service has to be completed.
