Mail Stop Requisition
Mail Stop services Only – DO NOT use this form for outgoing mail, it will delay the mail processing.
1. UPC Mail Stop or HSC OneStop In Person Purchase visit the Mail Stop website
Departments can also purchase stamps or other mailing supplies with a Mail Stop Requisition. All purchases must be made in person and the requisition requires an authorized signature.
2. Outgoing Mail Requisition visit the Mailing Services website
Mail that requires metering is accepted from departments with an Outgoing Mail Requisition. We also accept FedEx, UPS or any stamped mail. The mail is processed at the main office location and is picked up by our mail carriers.
