Tenant Improvements – Design & Construction
As part of leasing a new space, there is an option to redesign your new space to accommodate your department’s needs and program requirements. Our project management team can assist with the programming, design, and construction of the space. They will assist every step of the way from design to permitting to construction and furniture installation. Additionally, once you are moved in, we can assist with troubleshooting and refresh and modifications of the space.

To initiate the search for third party leased space the Department seeking space submits to Real Estate a Space Request Form (SRF). The SRF is used to secure Provost and Finance approval for the lease expenditure. The SRF also provides the basic parameters Real Estate will use to complete the search for space.
All suppliers, including landlords to whom USC pays rents and to whom USC will issue annual 1099 Forms, are required to register with Supplier Data Management.
