Facilities Management Services (FMS) is responsible for the day-to-day operation, repair, and maintenance of USC’s buildings, infrastructure, and grounds on the University Park and Health Sciences campuses, the Wrigley Institute on Catalina Island, and various leased spaces.

Storage rental space and service fees will increase effective July 1, 2025. This change is necessary to contend with local competitors but still ensure that our prices are below the current marketplace.
**USC departments are encouraged to label all storage items and maintain their own inventory levels. Disposal fees may apply for large or bulky items.
Departments will have access to their storage area, for self-delivery and/or self-pickup, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm with advance notice.
To request a storage delivery or pickup, please complete and submit the online Storage Pick-up and Delivery Request Form. Material Management requires advance notice for items that require special handling in order to visit the location and determine the feasibility of handling/storing such item(s).
