Water Coupons
The water coupon program has ended and transitioned to a direct purchasing process with P-Cards through the BlueTriton (ReadyRefresh) website. Please use all of your remaining water coupons before proceeding with the P-Card purchasing process, as your account(s) will be converted from a water coupon account to a P-Card account. BlueTriton is our current supplier and will continue to honor all water coupons until exhausted; only the purchasing process is changing.

IMPORTANT NOTE: While USC has contracted with BlueTriton for certain products and prices, USC has no control over the products listed on the BlueTriton website. USC purchasers must follow the single-use plastics policy found here: https://policy.usc.edu/single-use-plastics-elimination-beverage-bottles/

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):
- I do not have enough water coupons remaining to last until I get a P-Card. Can I still order water from BlueTriton? Yes. Please continue to order water coupons from USC MMS until you can obtain a P-Card. BlueTriton will continue to honor water coupons; the water coupons will not expire. USC MMS will sell water coupons until they run out. When water coupons are no longer available through USC MMS, and if you are still waiting for your P-Card, you can place a Purchase Order (PO) to purchase water from BlueTriton. Please send your PO to Louis Lopez (BlueTriton) at Louis.Lopezjr@bluetriton.com or the BlueTriton VIP team at enterpriseVIP@bluetriton.com. When you receive your P-Card, please close the PO and follow the instructions linked above to set up your P-Card account with BlueTriton.
- I have a P-Card. Can I use a PO to make purchases from BlueTriton? The recommended purchasing method under the new purchasing process is a P-Card for ease of use and purchasing management. The new purchasing process on the BlueTriton website only accepts P-Cards. If you do not have a P-Card, you may use a PO in the short term (60 days) until you can obtain a P-Card.
- If I do not currently have water service, who can I contact at BlueTriton to begin a new water service? Please contact our BlueTriton account manager, Louis Lopez at louis.lopezjr@bluetriton.com or (213) 276-4454.
- Should I be paying delivery fees to BlueTriton? No. Delivery fees are included in the price of each water bottle. You should not be charged a separate delivery fee.
- Should I be paying fees for water dispensers? No. Water dispenser fees are included in the price of each water bottle. However, certain water dispenser models are not included under the USC contract with BlueTriton. The water dispenser models included under the USC contract are “Cook & Cold Black No Spill” (BlueTriton item code 635) and “H/C Black No Spill Es 2.0” (BlueTriton item code 711). These two water dispenser types are included at no cost to USC. Please contact BlueTriton if you have any questions.
- What water dispensers are included free within the USC contract? “Cook & Cold Black No Spill” (BlueTriton item code 635) and “H/C Black No Spill Es 2.0” (BlueTriton item code 711).

Water Dispenser Cleaning
The requester must go directly to Ready Refresh for this service. You cannot use water coupons.
Please contact the account representative to create a service account for the cleaning service. Billing information must be provided when opening this account.
Contact BlueTriton
Contact BlueTriton to arrange for bottled water and water dispenser delivery. No payment is required for the standard water dispensers, which remain the property of the supplier.
