FMS Custodial Services proudly provides routine cleaning and specialty maintenance services, at nationally established levels, on both the University Park and Health Sciences campuses. We recognize the importance of a clean and sanitized campus environment to support first-rate learning, working, and patient care.
FMS Custodial Services is responsible for providing clean-up services, and overseeing restoration services, in response to emergency situations, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For assistance contact:
Custodial emergencies requiring FMS service can vary by building. Our emergency response activities aim to protect human and animal life, and to stop (or significantly reduce) any immediate damage to facilities. Examples include: floods, steam leaks, and other interruptions that adversely affect human life or critical building equipment and campus locations.
